Services Overview

Traffic Corsar provides digital marketing and online promotion services to businesses. Our services include digital marketing consulting, online advertising campaign management, traffic acquisition and lead generation, social media marketing support, performance marketing strategies, online brand promotion, and marketing analytics and optimization.

All services are provided according to individual agreements with clients. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each service engagement are defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the following when engaging Traffic Corsar's services:

• Providing accurate and complete information regarding their marketing needs, business activities, and target audience
• Ensuring that all materials, assets, or content provided to Traffic Corsar for use in campaigns are owned by the client or properly licensed
• Promptly reviewing and approving deliverables, strategies, or campaign materials within agreed timelines
• Making timely payments for services rendered as specified in individual agreements
• Notifying Traffic Corsar of any changes to business objectives or constraints that may affect ongoing campaigns

Service Agreements

Each client engagement is governed by an individual service agreement that specifies the scope of work, deliverables, fees, and timeline. These Terms of Service apply in conjunction with any such individual agreement.

Traffic Corsar reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service offering at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes that affect ongoing service agreements with reasonable advance notice.

Limitations & Refusal of Service

Traffic Corsar reserves the right to refuse service if a request violates applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to:

• Promotion of illegal products, services, or activities
• Content that is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
• Campaigns that violate advertising standards or platform policies
• Any request that conflicts with applicable French or European Union law

Traffic Corsar does not guarantee specific marketing results, as digital marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors outside of our direct control, including market conditions, platform algorithms, and consumer behavior.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the provision of services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nice, France.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
