Traffic Corsar is committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to handle refund requests fairly and transparently.

To request a refund, clients must contact our support team via email within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase or service agreement date
  • The service has not yet been fully delivered or initiated
  • The client can demonstrate a clear failure on the part of Traffic Corsar to deliver agreed services
  • The request is supported by relevant documentation or correspondence

Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been fully delivered, completed, or where substantial work has been performed in accordance with the agreed scope.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but typically take between 5–10 business days after approval.

Traffic Corsar reserves the right to offer a partial refund or service credit in cases where work has been partially completed.

Exceptions

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully delivered and completed as per the agreed scope of work
  • Requests submitted after the 14-day window from the date of purchase
  • Dissatisfaction based solely on marketing performance outcomes, as results cannot be guaranteed due to external market factors
  • Cases where the client failed to provide necessary materials, approvals, or information required to deliver the service
